Especially for new users, there is a hotline agreement at a one-time discounted price to provide 6 months of cost-effective support by telephone or TeamViewer

We want you to find your way around your new machine/software combination quickly and start making profit with it as soon as possible. The cost-effective hotline agreement runs for half a year and can only be purchased once. After that, there is a software maintenance agreement available that provides you continuous updates as well as numerous other benefits (see under Software Maintenance Agreement).

Upon purchase, customers receive the programming software that matches their own machine. The eluCad programming software is continuously developed to meet changing market requirements and customer needs. Our hotline agreement entitles you to updates within a single eluCad version. The hotline agreement does not entitle you to update across version changes made for significant and costly improvements – that is the purpose of the software maintenance agreement.
